| The Macedonian Film Workers Association was founded at 21st of May 1950. The Association was founded as a union and social organization comprising all film profiles. The first President of the Macedonian Film Workers Association was Jovan Boshkovski, while Milton Manaki, the first cinematographer in the Balkans, was elected as an honorary member. With small changes in the organization structures, this Association still stands as an organization that gathers together the film authors and their interests. |
